The UX/UI design process followed a structured methodology to ensure user-centered development.

    • Conducted 30+ interviews with target users (Sales Managers & Executives).
    • Gathered data on pain points, existing workflow issues, and expectations.
  • Competitive Analysis:
    • Benchmarked CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to identify gaps.

  • Created a flowchart to map out user journeys.
  • Developed low-fidelity wireframes to define structure and navigation.
  • Iterated on dashboard layouts to improve usability.

  • Adopted a modern, clean interface with blue as an accent color.
  • Used DM Sans font for readability.
  • Designed interactive components to improve user engagement.
