Alexa, an AI-powered chatbot platform, partnered with us to design a conversational experience that is smart, intuitive, and user-friendly. The goal was to stand out in a crowded market of generic bots by creating an interface that delivers meaningful interaction and functionality.
We aimed to craft a chatbot that feels natural to engage with—balancing advanced AI logic with a clean, human-focused user experience.
The scope of work involved the full product lifecycle, from research to launch. This included: Conducting user research to identify common pain points and opportunities and mapping user journeys and creating interaction flows along with designing wireframes and high-fidelity UI for both web and mobile. Building a front-end interface optimized for real-time AI interaction. The focus was on making conversations seamless while offering clear visual hierarchy and personalized interactions.
