Humanoid, a healthcare-focused CRM platform, partnered with us to modernize their digital interface and streamline critical workflows for clinics, practitioners, and support staff. Their existing system was functional but outdated—resulting in inefficient navigation, unclear data visualization, and low user satisfaction.
The goal was to reimagine the CRM as a clean, intuitive platform that delivers actionable insights and simplifies day-to-day operations in a clinical environment.
Our engagement with Humanoid spanned end-to-end design and development. We focused on: Conducting research with healthcare professionals and admin users and restructuring the user journey and dashboard hierarchy along with designing wireframes, UI screens, and front-end components and ensuring HIPAA-conscious user experience strategies.
The solution had to accommodate varied user types, from doctors to operations staff, while maintaining clarity, compliance, and usability.
Following UI approvals, we created a design system that supports both medical clarity and brand identity. The system included: A structured color palette focused on trust, calm, and accessibility. Scalable interface components for dashboards, reports, and patient profiles. Clear typography and iconography for quick scanning and decision-making
Designed a clean, modular dashboard that adapts to multiple user roles and Created visual data elements like charts, tables, and alerts that are easy to interpret, Also Built a scalable UI framework with performance optimizations tailored for the healthcare environment.
