PayX have a revolutionary new way to allow consumers and merchants to trade online. Using Open Banking, their A2A process allows for safe, secure, and fast direct bank transfer payments for eCommerce merchants.
They had put together a rough MVP and realised that, even though their concept was solid, their first draft didn’t quite live up to the product quality they wanted.
We partnered with PayX to handle the full UX/UI journey: research, structure, and high-fidelity visuals. Our work included user interviews, dashboard architecture, component design, and real-time data visualization.
Key areas of focus included transaction tracking, payment statuses, refunds, and actionable summaries for business insights. We delivered a design system, interactive prototypes, and developer handoff files optimized for fintech precision.
- Users lacked visibility into transaction timelines and refund statuses.
- Existing dashboards were dense, poorly structured, and lacked real-time feedback.
- The UI didn’t instill confidence or meet fintech-level accessibility and trust standards.
We created a structured, modular design system for tables, stats cards, filters, and notification badges. The visual style was data-focused but clean and approachable—using sharp typography, bold icons, and a secure, calming color palette.
We built a dashboard that surfaces key insights upfront—payment history, transaction statuses, and sales analytics. Added real-time updates, simplified filters, and export/share features to enhance usability. Designed with mobile in mind, making key stats accessible anywhere, anytime.
