Sucasa Insurance, a growing digital insurance provider, approached us to revamp their online experience. Their existing website was outdated, lacked user trust signals, and made it difficult for users to understand or purchase insurance policies.
Our goal was to design an intuitive, customer-centric digital platform that simplifies policy selection, increases quote submissions, and enhances overall brand credibility.
Our engagement with Sucasa Insurance involved end-to-end UX design services including user research, persona development, restructuring the information architecture, and designing responsive wireframes and high-fidelity UI screens.
We focused on simplifying the user journey for policy selection and quote generation,
developed a clean and trustworthy visual language aligned with the brand, and optimized key interactions for both desktop and mobile users. The project also included usability testing and continuous iteration based on real user feedback to ensure an intuitive and conversion-driven experience.
After we made our high-fidelity wireframes, we made a design system with rules for each design element, such as visual identity elements, icons, interface components.
Introduced trust signals like reviews, certifications, and social proof throughout key screens. Redesigned the quote form into a conversational, guided journey to reduce drop-offs. Implemented a scalable, mobile-first design system to improve engagement and clarity.
